Day 8: :~(

Our last day in Vegas. We slept in and then met our boys at their hotel and took them to the airport. I missed them the minute they were out of the car! Seriously! I was sad. We had such a good time with them and I hated to see them go, but we're leaving Vegas tomorrow morning, too.

After dropping the boys off at the airport we headed to the Eastside Cannery Casino to try our luck there. When you sign up for a players card you earn $5 free slot play. Their money. So, for their $5 investment I cashed out at $50.14. Not bad!!!

From there we went back to Sam's Town and played slots and Blackjack. I have to say it. For 5 days in Vegas I'm leaving and I'm only down $104. I'm thrilled. I came to play...I played...I'm happy!

Tomorrow when we leave Vegas we will head to San Diego. About a 5 hour drive from here. I'm looking forward to cooler temps and different scenery. I've never been to California...never seen the Pacific...so I'm pretty excited about that. We'll be in San Diego until Tuesday morning when we start our journey home...to the routine. Enough excitement for the McMahens, but it has been an awesome trip and a fabulous time!
