Counting the days...

Twenty-five days and counting. That's 25 days until we pull out of the drive for our next trip. We just got back from a weekend getaway to Winstar where we attended a Doobie Brothers concert. Good concert and fun time just relaxing.

Now we are making last minute purchases and packing the RV for our trip up through Kansas on our way to Wyoming and South Dakota. We plan to go hiking while doing some major sight-seeing. We'll spend time at Yellowstone as well as visiting Deadwood, Sturgis, Mt. Rushmore, the Grand Tetons, the Badlands, etc. We're really excited about all there is to see and do. I now have FOUR batteries and two chargers for my camera! I don't plan to miss a single Kodak moment!! Right now I'm counting down the work days until we leave. I work through June 6th and we leave town June 7th! Also, once I finish this work assignment I am retired for real. Also, I get the fracture boot off then as well. That sounds like a trifecta to me!!

Time seems to be dragging by waiting for our vacay to begin. I'm sure the trip will fly by much faster than the days leading up to it!
